    • Updated over 45 elearning courses in a range of topics from Fire Safety to ESG by working with subject matter experts from various parts of the business.

    • Worked with divisions from across the business including Supervision and Enforcement to create and/or modernise 6 learning pathways which included over 50 individual courses.
    • Managed and maintained compliance training suite, releasing training to 3500 users on a monthly basis.
    • Increased completion rate of mandatory training from 70% to 95% by optimising content, platform (LMS), policy and working with people managers.
    • Managed relationships with 3 external training providers and elearning developers to deliver a brand new pathway for Cyber Security to 2000 users and reducing incidents, for example Phishing failure rate fell by 10%.
    • Worked with the Data Analytics team to lay the foundations for a Hub and Spoke model that would eventually have a multi million pound/dollar budget and touch every user (1500) in the organisation that handled data.
